2023 year in review

Wendell Falls had a remarkable 2023. We welcomed new homes, amenities and businesses, and even won a few awards!

We won awards

 

We welcomed new phases:

  • We expanded with Phase 10, located on the north side of Wendell Falls parkway, featuring single-family homesites and a brand-new amenity center with convenient access to The Collective.
  • Phase Two of Encore by David Weekley Homes, a collection of low-maintenance, one-and two-story homes for residents who are 55+, opened for selling.

New amenities

  • Our splash pad and the new Perch Pool & Playground officially opened.
  • New spinners were added to Solstice Park and have been loved by both kids AND adults!
  • We expanded our trails to include more advanced hiking and biking trails behind the Fire Station at Taylor Rd!
  • We welcomed Lunar Landing, our newest park located on the North side featuring slides, a Lunar Leap, kid and adult swings and play mounds.

  • Almost 200 new families moved to the community this year.
  • We also welcomed The Pigs at Wendell Falls, party of delightful, colorful pig sculptures — including one giant flying pig named Dell, to Model Row! The Pigs at Wendell Falls represent all the creative, artistic, entrepreneurial and all-around inspiring residents we have here at Wendell Falls.
