Wendell Falls wins at 2023 MAME Awards!
Wendell Falls was honored to receive recognition from the Home Builders Association of Raleigh – Wake County at the 2023 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards!
The annual MAME Awards, hosted by the Homebuilders Association of Raleigh – Wake County, recognizes member’s professional achievements in sales and marketing excellence and provides the opportunity for developers, builders, and agents to come together to recognize the industry’s combined success.
This year, we are proud to share that Wendell Falls was awarded the following:
Best Community Recreations Facility – Encore Clubhouse
Our Encore Clubhouse is a private amenity center for the residents of Encore by David Weekley Homes, our 55+ active adult neighborhood. This welcoming facility houses community meeting spaces, a conference room, a full kitchen, a lounge area and a fitness center, along with adjacent outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool, fire pits and sports courts.
