Come out and play. Join your neighbors for a wine-tasting. Jump on a trail and see where it takes you. Take a plunge into our saltwater pool. Everything here is a little more convenient. A little more thoughtful. And we think a lot more fun.Explore

We’ve made some really great friendships here, and love running into friends when we’re walking Rufus on the trails, around the neighborhood, or for meet-ups at the Farmhouse.
We moved to Wendell Falls because the layout of our house wasn't working anymore and we needed a change...
We love the sense of community, and all the neighbors who have become more like family.
Every time we visited, we fell in love more and more. From the amazing people, to the Farmhouse, the uniqueness of the homes, and all of the other amenities. We are excited to grow our family in one of the best communities in the area.
We love the walkability and the sense of inclusion up at the Farmhouse. The Café does a lot to help the residents get to know each other, too!

We wanted a place that worked for both of our commutes, while also being a part of a growing community near the heart of Raleigh.
We are so happy here in Wendell Falls. There are so many planned activities where we are meeting new people each week. We enjoyed the pool this summer and look forward to the beauty of the changing seasons as we walk the paths and streets with new and different colorful blooming trees and plants.
We wanted to downsize to a ranch home and be closer to family but still have access to our work and life in Raleigh.
