Coming to Wendell Falls in 2023
We’ve got big plans for 2023! As Wendell Falls continues to grow this year, we will welcome new homes, new amenities, new models, new businesses and more to the community!
New homes
This year, we will continue developing Phase 10 of the community, located on the north side of Wendell Falls Parkway, which will include single-family homesites, a brand-new amenity center and more!
Arden at Wendell Falls, a 55+ active adult rental community that will offer 140 open-concept rental units and exclusive amenities for its residents, will also break ground in 2023.
Spectrum broke ground on a new multi-family site that will feature 315 apartment units, 50 townhomes and it’s very own amenities.
New amenities
Speaking of a brand-new amenity center, a pool, cabana and playground will be coming to Phase 10 in late summer 2023! This will be an exciting addition to the long list of amenities our residents enjoy and has already started construction. We are also planning to add more trails this year as the community grows.
New models
As you may know, we recently welcomed Brookfield Residential to our award-winning homebuilder team! Brookfield Residential brings more than 65 years of homebuilding experience to the community, and we cannot wait to see a new, innovative and versatile single-family model home from the builder in 2023. The model home is expected to open in March during the Spring Open House Tour event, so make sure you’re on Brookfield Residential’s VIP list to be the first to know about floorplans, features and pricing.
And new businesses
In 2023, Treelight Square, our up-and-coming destination for dining, shopping and services, will continue to grow with several businesses opening, including:
