Day in the life of a Wendell Falls resident
Morning in Wendell Falls:
Start your morning off right with breakfast at the Farmhouse Café. Choose from a variety of breakfast sandwiches, pastries, biscuits and more.
After breakfast, drop the kids off at Cardinal Charter Academy, Lake Myra Elementary or Kindercare, or plan a day of fun exploring our family-friendly amenities together. If your kids are of the pup variety, mornings are a great time to visit the dog park and meet new friends!
Take some time for yourself by joining a morning fitness class, such as yoga, or by working out on your own at Wendell Falls’ outdoor fit pods or in the fitness center. 
For those working from home, get a change of scenery by working outside at Sunset Park. The covered workstation, complete with furniture and six outlets, creates the perfect home office escape. The park is elevated so if you continue working into the evening, you will have an outstanding sunset view.
Lunch:
Grab lunch from the fresh food bar at the brand new Publix. The deli offers a variety of subs, wraps, salads, soups, sushi and more you can easily pick up while on the go. If you’re wanting to sit and stay awhile, the Wendell Falls Publix has a lofted seating area and balcony where you can enjoy your lunch while catching up on work or browsing the internet. 
Afternoon in Wendell Falls:
After lunch, get some fresh air by taking a hike or bike ride on the 10+ miles of trails throughout Wendell Falls.
In warm months, grab your sunscreen, swimsuit and towel for a swim at our zero-entry, saltwater pool. Lounge by the pool while the kids play in the splash zone, get a few laps done in the dedicated lap lanes or slip and slide down the waterslide.
Sit back and take in the view at Rocky Falls Park, hang out at The Grove, monkey-around at Wendell Falls’ very own Asheville Playground or spend the afternoon at one of the other many parks and playgrounds.
Get involved and meet new neighbors by taking a class or joining a club. Wendell Falls offers a variety of classes every month such as, yoga, cooking and financial classes. There are also many fun clubs and monthly activities residents can be a part of such as, Run Club, Book Club, Bunco, Mahjong and Guys Night Out.
Evening:
Pick up ingredients for your favorite home cooked dinner at Publix or head out to The Grove for a food truck pop up. Wendell Falls hosts a variety of food trucks each month such as, Cockadoodlemoo, The Spiedie Turtle, Cousins Maine Lobster and The Blue Window. After dinner, head over to Farmhouse Café to challenge your neighbors to a game of trivia or bingo on game night. On Friday nights, Farmhouse Café hosts free, live music concerts. Farmhouse Café has hosted a variety of bands and artist such as Jeff Kriz, John Sierra Jr., Bill West and more.
