There’s a shift in power brewing among the Triangle’s largest builders of new home communities as the market share of the Triangle’s top 10 builders begins to grow.
Historically, the Triangle’s homebuilding market has been dominated by dozens of local and regional-based building companies, like Royal Oaks Homes, Wade Jurney Homes and Wynn Homes. These companies were able to shave off 1 or 2 percent of the market share and spread the wealth among new home communities being built across the region.
