Wendell Falls Builders Shine at the 2026 Parade of Homes
Congrats to our homebuilders for a successful showing at this year’s Parade of Homes! The Triangle Parade of Homes is an annual free, self-guided tour that gives you the opportunity to view the newest homes and interior design trends across Wake, Durham, Orange and Chatham counties.
At the 2026 Parade of Homes, Wendell Falls showcased three Parade homes crafted by our homebuilder team, and we are proud to announce that Brookfield Residential’s Sterling model at Wendell Falls took home Bronze!
