Wendell Falls Named #6 Community in the Southeast
Wendell Falls is celebrating a major milestone! Our community was recently ranked No. 6 on John Burns Real Estate Consulting’s first-ever Southeast Top 10 list for 2025, earning recognition as one of the Southeast region’s top-selling master-planned communities. In 2025, Wendell Falls sold 242 new construction homes, also placing the community #1 in the Triangle based on Zonda’s reporting of annual starts*.
Each year, JBREC tracks and ranks the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities based on new home sales. In 2025, the organization introduced its first-ever regional Top 10 lists for Florida, the Southeast, the Southwest, Texas and California—marking this recognition as an especially meaningful achievement for Wendell Falls.
