Earth Week offers another opportunity to lean into those sustainable values and celebrate simple ways to love our planet this spring! Be sure to mark your calendar for these down-to-earth events coming up.
Earth Day Planter Event With Myatt Landscaping
When: Wednesday, April 22 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Head to Grove Park to celebrate Earth Day by creating your very own Earth Day planter! This fun, hands-on activity is perfect for all ages and generously sponsored by Myatt Landscaping. Keep in mind that supplies are limited and the activity is first come, first serve—so make plans to arrive early and grab your spot.
Community Clean-Up Event
When: Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to noon

Celebrate Earth Week with a community clean-up event and help pick up litter while sprucing up shared spaces around Wendell Falls. Just bring your helping hands and meet at the Farmhouse Cafe before heading out to designated clean-up areas. Supplies will be provided. Let’s make our community better together!
Home Energy Trivia

Calling all trivia buffs! Embrace the “knowledge is power” mantra when you attend Home Energy Trivia in the Raleigh Room. Learn about solar and battery storage through family-friendly trivia, with topics including how solar and batteries work together, building neighborhood resiliency with solar power, what’s new with smart home tech, and sustainable home construction here at Wendell Falls. Light refreshments will be provided by Southern Energy Management.
