Make this the first stop on your tour of Wendell Falls
If you’ve never lived in a master-planned community like Wendell Falls before, getting started on your homebuying journey can be overwhelming. With multiple homebuilders, a range of home types and collections, it can be tricky knowing exactly where to start.
That’s exactly why Wendell Falls has an information center (located inside the Farmhouse) and we’re here to help! Our community representatives, Korey and Emily, are here daily to welcome you to the community and give you an overview of Wendell Falls. They will provide maps to help get you oriented and go over the big-picture plan of the community including future development, amenity offerings, lifestyle calendar, businesses at our commercial areas, parks and trails, and homebuilders. You’ll also get a tour of the Farmhouse to see resident spaces like the 24/7 gym, Raleigh Room, Lake Pavilion and pool. The overview only takes about fifteen minutes, and we have snacks on hand too for you (or your little ones) to enjoy.
From here, the models are a quick drive down the street so you can see the model homes in person and talk to builder representatives. This is where you’ll get detailed information about home plans, pricing, homesite availability and timelines so you can start narrowing down the right choice for you and your family.
