Here’s how it works: Brookfield Residential will begin construction on their most popular floorplans but work is paused about 2 months away from completion, when there’s still time to add your personal touch. Once a homebuyer goes under contract, they’ll have the opportunity to choose finishes and styles for cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and flooring—it’s like designing your perfect space but in half the time.
myTime

myTime Home Tours allow future homeowners to step inside models and quick move-in homes on their time. Experience the ease of on-demand home tours with a private appointment reserved just for you. Once you sign up for a free account, you’ll find a home you’d like to tour, select a day and time that works for you, verify your identity, and you’ll receive a digital code to unlock the front door.
