Wendell Falls Wins at 2025 MAME Awards
We are so excited to announce that Wendell Falls took home two awards at the 2025 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards!
The MAME Awards are hosted by the Homebuilders Associations of Raleigh – Wake County and Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. The event recognizes the best in advertising, design, merchandising and sales in the home building industry.
It’s always fun to earn kudos for a job well done. But these recognitions can also serve as a cherry on top of your decision to buy a home here at Wendell Falls (or just a bit of extra bragging rights if you already call our community home).

Best Signage — Collective Fence Screen

With the signage showcasing everything from people playing music and doing yoga to jumping in the pool, biking or working on creative projects, along with pictures of new homes and logos for both the Collective and Wendell Falls, this signage brings passersby back to our brand while keeping construction for the highly anticipated Collective out of view.
