Wendell Falls Wins at 2024 MAME Awards
We are so excited to announce that Wendell Falls and Brookfield Properties took home four awards at the 2024 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards!
The MAME Awards are hosted by the Homebuilders Associations of Raleigh – Wake County and Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties. The event recognizes the best in advertising, design, merchandising and sales in the home building industry.

Best Social Media Campaign – Instagram Reels

Best Innovative Feature – Dell the Flying Pig
To showcase the magic and wonder of Wendell Falls, last year we introduced a few new, unexpected residents to the community - a party of delightful pig sculptures, including one giant flying pig named Dell.
Dell and his friends were awarded Best Innovative Feature for creative design and the chatbot integration, where residents and visitors can sign up to receive jokes.
Best Landscape Design for a Community
Wendell Falls was recognized for its beautiful landscaping throughout the community, including art features that were added to mailboxes and the tunnel underpass.
Development Company of the Year – Brookfield Properties
The developer of Wendell Falls, Brookfield Properties, won Development Company of the Year! Brookfield Properties has two active communities in the Triangle, Wendell Falls and Briar Chapel.
