Top 15 Places in the Country to Buy a House
According to a new study by WalletHub, Raleigh, Durham and Cary are three of the top 15 places in the country to buy a house!
The study compared 300 cities based on key indicators in real estate and economic growth, including home price appreciation, days on the market, foreclosure rate, housing affordability, job growth rate and unemployment rate.

Top 25 Fastest Growing Places in the U.S.
In a report from U.S. News & World Report, the Raleigh and Durham metros were recently ranked as one of the fastest growing places in the U.S.
The report analyzed the desirability of moving to specific cities based on the U.S. Census Bureau’s net migration data from 2020 to 2021. It was found that the places experiencing the most growth attracted residents because of their hot job markets, affordable housing and desirable locations.
