Spring Open House Tour Is Here!
Ready to see Wendell Falls in full bloom? Join our 2026 Spring Open House Tour! Occurring on weekends from March 21 to 28, this highly anticipated annual event is your chance to embrace the springtime charm of Wendell Falls, view our up and coming quick move-in homes, and enter for your chance to win four different giveaways!
From noon to 5 p.m., the event features of a dozen homes from award-winning builders. Enjoy refreshments and giveaways in the models, as well as the Farmhouse. We hope you’ll make a day of it!
