Meet Nicole and Perry Currin, a young couple who just made the move from Cary to Wendell Falls this June! Since joining our community, the Currins have been getting to know the neighborhood through long walks and bike rides, along with quiet evenings out on the front porch of their new Garman home.

Tell us your story! What brought you to Wendell Falls? We first heard about Wendell Falls from some friends at our church. When we visited them, we loved the family-friendly atmosphere, the affordability and the community feel. So, we decided to join them!
What are you most looking forward to about life in Wendell Falls? We are most looking forward to enjoying the outdoor space, meeting our neighbors and getting involved in the community.
What do you love about your home? We moved into a Rock plan from Garman’s Roshambo Collection. We’re big outside people, so our favorite features are the front porch, kitchen and backyard space.
How was your experience from signing your contract to move-in day? Our entire experience was super easy and smooth. Everyone was so friendly and we seriously couldn’t have asked for a better first-time homebuying experience. Shoutout to the people at Garman and Karla in the sales office for helping us find our perfect home!
Anything else you want to share about life so far at Wendell Falls? We’ve only called Wendell Falls home for a few weeks, but we love life here already. You can find us enjoying nightly neighborhood walks, bike rides and porch sits. Come join us and be our neighbor!
