The Parade of Homes at Wendell Falls 2021
It’s almost time for the 2021 Triangle Parade of Homes across Raleigh, Durham, Orange and Chatham counties.
What to expect this year?
Wendell Falls is showcasing three homes from esteemed builders including Homes by Dickerson, Garman Homes and David Weekley Homes. Parade-goers will not only experience homes in the community from a variety of builders, but also get creative inspiration from the fresh interiors and top home trends incorporated by each builder's interior design team.
There are three opportunities to take part in this free, self-guided event in October. The weekends are October 2-3, 8-10 and 15-17 from 12-5 p.m. Triangle Parade of Homes is an exciting time for potential homebuyers and design enthusiasts to conveniently tour the latest model homes in a range of prices and styles that fit every lifestyle.
The Wendell Falls Experience
In addition to visiting Wendell Falls’ parade homes, visitors can check out the homes available for quick-move-in and the numerous amenities the community has to offer. Grab a bite to eat at the Farmhouse Cafe or pick up a map and explore parks and trails in the area!
