More Miles at Wendell Falls by Newland Communities
The Avid Trails crew was back at Wendell Falls by Newland Communities in Raleigh, NC this March building a few more miles of fun, mountain bike friendly multi-use trail. We added roughly 1.5 miles of trail that includes classic singletrack and some fun mtb features like berms, rollers, tabletops and small doubles. As with last year, the fun part about building at Wendell Falls is trying to create something that works really well for the wide variety of use types and skill levels in the community – from young kids on Walmart bikes to experienced riders looking for a few quick miles (and some smiles) after work.
