The Franklin model home from Homes By Dickerson is a timeless floor plan that I have been in love with ever since I first walked through! It has a first floor owner's bedroom AND guest suite, and perfectly captures a modern, open concept. From the backsplash to spacious counter tops and strategic cabinetry, the kitchen has spared no detail, and is one of my favorite rooms in the home.
The outdoor space is spectacular, with a screened porch perfect for coffee in the morning or watching one of our famous sunsets over the Farmhouse.
