The Bennett model home from Royal Oaks Homes is one of my absolute favorites! First floor owner's suites become increasingly popular, but sometimes it is hard to have main floor living without giving up living space, or the floor plan is just awkward.
This home feels SO spacious, flows beautifully, and uses every bit of room in a meaningful and useful way. And don't even get me started on the owner's bathroom and closet (swoon).
