Newland Wins Developer of the Year
We got a chance to (virtually) pop the bubbly and celebrate a great milestone!
On September 16th, 2020 the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County distinguished Newland as 'Developer of the Year' for the second year in a row at the 2020 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards.
We’re honored and humbled to be considered a leader in the Triangle development industry, making Wendell Falls a coveted living destination.
In addition, this summer we unveiled one of our latest amenities - The Grove. This outdoor park offers shady spots for residents to swing in a hammock, a chance to lean back in one of our Adirondack chairs or to simply get their sweat on at The Grove’s outdoor Fitpod. We’re proud to acknowledge that the Triangle is as excited about The Grove as we are! The MAME Awards recognized Wendell Falls with:
- Best Community Recreation Facility, Private or Public - The Grove at Wendell Falls
- Best Innovative Community Feature - The Fitpod at Wendell Falls
- Best Landscape Design for a Community - The Grove at Wendell Falls
