Wendell Falls to Open the First 55+ Active Adult Rental Community in Wendell

Wendell, N.C. – September 7, 2022 – Wendell Falls, one of the largest master-planned communities in the Triangle, closed on its first age-eligible rental community plan, Arden at Wendell Falls, that will offer 140 open-concept units, as well as exclusive onsite amenities.

Wendell, along with the entire Triangle region, is experiencing tremendous growth, and there is an upward trend of people looking to right-size for new, maintenance-free homes. Until now, there were no 55 and older apartment home communities in Wendell.
