Believe it or not, you may have something in common with these delightful pigs: finding a new home. The pigs have recently settled into their new digs at our brand-new model row in our latest neighborhood. And who can blame them? There’s 7 new model homes to tour. It’s close to the Perch Pool & Playground, it’s not far from brand new Starry Meadow park and it’s near Collective — our community’s next retail and dining destination. They’d be tickled pink if you add them to your model home tour.

Not everyone believed we could create a retail and dining destination within Wendell Falls. (“When pigs fly,” said the naysayers.) However, today you’ll find national retailers, like Publix and Starbucks, and everyday conveniences including doggy daycare, a nail salon, medical services and more coming soon. Guess you could say the pig is flying … which makes Dell the flying pig a perfect mascot.
